Oh hey, new around here? This is what I serve up: straight talk about just about everything from style, to personal growth, to taking action in life. Cuz I gotta be honest with you...feeling inspired or motivated means nothing without taking one small step (or big one - I’m into those too) towards whatever it is you want in this life.
How do I know this? Because a few years ago I found myself living through what I now know was a full blown identity crisis. I knew I wanted the next chapter of my life to look different - be more fulfilled but it meant doing things like stepping out of my comfort zone, caring more about living my life than the opinions of others, and braking a few rules that I had been living by.
I needed to believe in my vision and what I could create more than the negative what if’s. I believed I could. I did. And I still do. What I serve up here? Inspiring action. What I serve up in my Groups, Workshops and Coaching? Support, Accountability and being the person who believes in you - even in the moments when you don’t. It’s what I do and it’s who I am.
