‘Tis the Season *for a Spring Refresh*

If you’re like me you’ve probably tacked some form of Spring Cleaning - otherwise known as I become obsessed with every aspect of our home being completely cleaned out and ready to take on the new Season. How I go about doing it? Out with the old and in with the new similar to that of a really great New Years Resolution inspired by a champagne consumed moment….I’m kidding.
The changing of the season is a great opportunity to clean out what you won’t need next year instead of relocating it. When it comes to my kids - the winter boots or snowsuits that won’t fit them next season. When it comes to me, taking a hard (and honest) look at what I wore, what I didn’t and what I don’t want to carry with me into the next Season. Safe to say this approach can also be used in other aspects of your life like: habits, thoughts, actions, etc. wink wink.
But on the flip side, cleaning things out also allows us to identify what we’re missing, what gaps we want to fill and what did serve us this season.

My Spring Style Refresh

When it comes to style sometimes we don't need to completely overhaul everything, but look for the areas that need a little upgrade. Maybe in a way that leaves us feeling better, brighter or simply refreshed. When it comes to style I reach for pieces that are a little bit outside of my everyday style and have fun elements that a white t-shirt and jeans don't typically provide me with ;)
