This LIVE virtual workshop will be a two-part Workshop: 1. Journalling + Self-Reflection; and 2. Movement.
You will receive a workbook for the journalling and self-reflection portion of the workshop. Working through a series of questions and prompts to move beyond the stories, thoughts and beliefs that hold you back.
The movement portion will be yoga based and include poses appropriate for all levels. Do not be intimidated or talk yourself out of registering out of fear that you won’t be able to do it. Alternative shapes and suggestions will be offered so that everyone can participate in a comfortable and meaningful way for them.
